Before focusing on real estate, Ed's career began in corporate finance, and he later founded and operated JEM Development Corporation, a successful real estate development and construction firm, alongside co-establishing Calgary's leading complementary medical clinic, The Nardella Clinic, with his wife. Ed holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, as well as designations as a Chartered Financial Analyst and Accredited Appraiser through the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
